30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We want you to love everything you buy from KURI. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is:

• In original condition
• Unused and unworn
• With original tags and packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once your return is received and approved.

RAW FOOD & NATURAL TREATS

Due to the perishable nature of raw food and natural treats, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If you believe a product is faulty, please:

• Keep the item frozen
• Contact [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery
• Include photos and your order number

We’ll assess the product and advise on next steps.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following:

• Perishable items (raw food and natural treats)
• Opened grooming or health products
• Custom or personalised items
• Items marked as final sale

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To request a return or exchange:

1. Email [email protected]
2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable
3. Confirm the request is within the 30-day return window

If approved, returns can be:

• Dropped off at our store: 473 St Asaph Street, Christchurch
• Collected by courier (shipping fees may apply)

If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund to avoid stock issues.

RETURN SHIPPING

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns
• We cover return costs only for faulty or incorrect items

All returned items must be securely packaged in original condition.

REFUND PROCESSING

• Refunds are issued once the return is received and approved (within 7 business days)
• You’ll receive an email confirmation when processed
• Please allow up to 10 additional working days for your bank to reflect the refund

Refunds can only be processed to the original form of payment.
