Arrival
Bring your dog in on a lead. Tell Shannon about any health concerns, sensitivities, coat problems, matting, sore spots or past grooming experiences. The more she knows upfront, the better she can tailor the appointment.
The Groom
Shannon works through the bath, drying, brush-out, nails, ears and styling at a pace that keeps your dog comfortable. If she notices anything worth checking with your vet, she will call you during the appointment rather than leaving a note at pick-up.
Pick-up
Your dog comes back clean, trimmed and ready to go. Shannon will explain what she did, what she noticed, and what schedule will keep the coat easier next time.
