I'm Hannah and I am the Manager and a Groomer here at Kuri.
I have 2 pups of my own, Kylo and Evie. They are both long haired Chihuahuas who enjoy trouble.
I have been a part of the Kuri family for over 2 years and have enjoyed every moment of it.
The most rewarding aspect has been getting to watch the growth and confidence build in each of the dogs.

Hi there, I am Shannon Macrae, the Daycare Team Leader here at Kuri. I have loved animals all of my life. I love getting to know the personality of each of your furry friends!

Hi, I'm Becky a daycare assistant at Kuri. I started studying animal care straight out of high-school. I have worked with dogs for about 2 years. I love working with dogs because they're cheaper than therapy.
Shannon
Hello, my name is Shannon McGarry. I've been working with dogs for over 26 years as a certified groomer and vet nurse. During my studies, I developed a keen interest in puppy development and canine behavior. After graduating, I pursued this passion and joined Kuri 7 years ago as a groomer and trainer.
I have a great dane named Luci and am the Events Coordinator for the Canine Friends Pet Therapy organisation. Luci and I actively visit Burwood Hospital and Christchurch Women's Prison.
My passion is helping people help dogs, and helping dogs help people.
Isana
Hi, my name is Isana, I’m a daycare attendant here at the Kuri Team!
I love getting to know your little fur babies, each with their own wacky and sweet personalities. A highlight of the work we do here at Kuri is creating special bonds with each of our doggos, which are all very dear to me. Not to mention all of the fun activities we do together!
I have a crazy Cairn Terrier and an equally crazy Bichon frisé, who are the lights of my life and keep me just as busy when I’m at home.

Hi, I’m Tamzin, a passionate animal care worker and future veterinary nurse.
Here at Kuri, I am a daycare assistant and I absolutely love getting to know the awesome personalities of all our dogs. I have always had such a love for dogs, and I have a staffy lab of my own who I adore.
Hayley
Kia ora, I'm Hayley, the Managing Director of Kuri City, which I co-own with my husband Jamie. I'm a coffee enthusiast, beach lover, and proud mum to three kids and two dogs—a Vizsla x and a miniature fox terrier. I’m currently studying part-time towards a certificate in animal care and dog psychology, deepening my passion for understanding dogs with a commitment to providing the best care possible.

Hayley and I decided it was a time for a sea change, moving to the beach and stepping into a business. I have lots in common with most dog people, my love of dogs started way back when...
Since then, I've gone on to study Zoology with a focus on behavioural science and worked at Willowbank for a stint.
