We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return an item within 30 days of receipt if it is in original, unworn condition and with tags attached. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment.

To return or exchange an item please email reception at KURI. Returns must within our 30-Day return policy window in order to be eligible.
HOW SHOULD I SHIP MY RETURN?
In order for us to process your return as quickly as possible, please email [email protected]. Place all items in their original packaging. KURI will arrange for collection or ask you to bring the item into one of our local stores.
WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUNDED?
Once the item is returned to us which may take up to 7 business days. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received & processed. Once your return is processed, please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account (depending on your financial institution).
DO YOU HAVE A PRICE MATCH POLICY?
If an item changes price within 15 days of purchase we will gladly price match it for you, as long as the purchased size/colour are still in stock at the time of the sale price.
